PEMILIHAN MAKANAN DI KALANGAN PELAJAR KOLEJ UNIVERSITI ISLAM MELAKA: SATU TINJAUAN

Abstract

Pengambilan diet seimbang merupakan keperluan yang amat penting bagi memastikan kelangsungan fungsi badan dan kesihatan.Kajian ini merangkumi tiga pembolehubah seperti pengetahuan makanan, harga makanan dan kualiti makanan. Sehubungan itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk  membincangkan amalan pemakanan dalam kalangan pelajar Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka dan persepsi mereka terhadap amalan pemakanan yang betul. Kajian ini melibatkan seramai 201 orang responden yang terdiri dari pelajar Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka dari semua fakulti.Kajian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dianalisa melalui Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 22.0. Keputusan analisa mendapati bahawa kebanyakan responden mempunyai pengetahuan dan kesedaran yang baik mengenai aspek pemakanan yang betul dan sihat.
