Abstract
Food and beverage is one of the important things in hospitality and tourism industry Through a variety of food can showcase ethnic and cultural diversity throughout the world. Some questions about diners is the quality of service, price, and the environment. This study discusses the factors affecting customer satisfaction restaurants along Pengkalan Balak to Kuala Linggi, Melaka. This study was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23.0, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation and regression.Downloads
